INTERNET EXPLORER AND FIREFOX BROWSER REFRESH ISSUE:
If using Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome, you cannot fix this.
For an Apple/Mac computer, click on this site: https://refreshyourcache.com/en/safari-5/
Internet Explorer can absolutely refuse refreshes for some strange reason. Mozilla Firefox Browser can also cache old pages so that the program can load faster—albeit with OLD pages.
You can fix this.
Open the Internet Explorer browser.
If the MENU is active just LEFT click on [Tools] and then click on the bottom item: [Internet Options]
If NO MENU; LEFT click on the [GEAR] far upper right corner. Find [INTERNET OPTIONS]
You will see this:
Now LEFT click on [Settings] BUTTON
This box will now come up.
Change from "Automatically" to "Every time I visit the webpage" Then click [OK]
REFRESH IS NOW THE DEFAULT. YOU NO LONGER HAVE TO REFRESH.
NOW FOR FIREFOX BROWSER:
Just type: about:config in the address area where you see http://a website.com
(NOT NECESSARY TO “SAVE” AS THE CHANGES ARE DONE)
Firefox will always show you a current webpage now.
