OOPS!! It was recently advertised that the POSSE ANNUAL TOY DRIVE would end on November 8th. Our bit mistake! The dates of the TOY DRIVE are November 11th through December 6th.
All other details are correct! Toys can be brought to either Posse location. We are just so excited to begin receiving those toys to distribute to underserved families in neighboring communities!
The Posse Election for 2024 was held on December 5th. The current Commander, Sarah Davis, was reelected for a 2nd term. There were also six new members elected to the board of directors. We are “Posse-strong” and moving forward into the New Year.

The Sun City Posse sponsors community events such as our popular recycling programs and periodic seminars to keep you up to date on scams and frauds that target residents in our area.
Oftentimes we partner with Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO), Sun City Fire Department (SCFD), or local businesses to ensure we are providing the best information or service.
Two very special events each year are the Back-to-School Supplies and Clothing Drive and the Holiday Toy Drive. Both of these events are hugely successful and are conducted in collaboration with MCSO and the Sun City community.
Other popular events like Shred-a-thon, Drug Take Back, Electronics Recycling, etc., happen throughout the year, so don’t miss out!
